This layout was built by a club member and uses proprietary Bachmann Underground Ernie ™ components. It is intended for aspiring train drivers of all ages! A donation to charity secures the running rights for a set time. Various combinations of trains in character run to and from the terminus and through station. The layout is kept simple and straightforward so that the (really quite slim-line) controller doesn't get confused.
All proceeds from operation go to the "When you wish upon a star" charity, giving children with terminal illnesses the chance to go on the holiday of a lifetime with their parents.
